He advised on what to do - but more important what not to do to avoid wasted time and money. The technician that worked on my car was excellent and very bright. He explained what he did and why. Took my truck last week to hi-fi audio for a new audio system and the owner Joey didn’t disappoint. He answered all my questions and let me know everything that was going on with the project. I had a problem with one of the speakers after installation and Joey took care of it right away. Very honest straight shooter who loves what he does and it shows in his work. Would highly recommend to anyone needing an audio system and alarm system which he also did for me that came out flawless. Very impressed with the craftsmanship.

Had done my two cars, Starters installed. One of them, Mitsubishi, changed battery and lost connection to starter. Brought back to the place, reprogrammed quick, and out the door starter working, in less than 10 minutes. Does good job and very fair pricing. And, yes, I recommend this place as a trusted source.

I got my dual 10 subwoofer system installed and the manager and staff were very helpful and answered all the questions I had about the system, as I am uneducated with audio systems. Over the phone they told me that the anc cable needed to be disconnected which I was aware of and that led me to choose them as the installers. No other company I called mentioned that. Customer services was amazing and the glad I choose Hi Fi!

I was looking to get an aftermarket radio with a backup camera installed for my 2007 Mazda 3. Called a few places and they had the most reasonable price. On the phone, the owner was very professional and helpful. Out of all the places  I called, this shop was the only one I knew I wanted to do business with right off the bat. The installation was great--no complaints. The quote he gave me on the phone didn't change post installation either. Called Hi Fi today after wasting time with the dealership that installed my auto start.  I was having a problem with it being stuck in valet mode.  I spoke to Joey and explained the situation and gave him the information I had about the brand/model of the system.  He explained that he used to install them and could take a look but that, depending on the problem, he may or may not be able to fix it.  I stopped in on my way back from picking it up at the dealership and Joey was able to fix the issue in less than TEN SECONDS!!!!

One of the last of the mohicans... been in business over 25yrs and been doing business there since its existence. So many places have closed and gone but this place is still going because of its fair pricing and quality service. Even the few times I've had a warranty issue they have always done the right thing.
